Organization: Our client, a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric health services in Toronto, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their leadership team as the Director of Pediatric Health Services. This position will be managed through Actual Time Staffing Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of A&T Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance pediatric health services.
- Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and excellence in patient care.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of pediatric health services.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance the impact of pediatric health programs.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for pediatric health services.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.
Quality Improvement:
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in pediatric services.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams toward achieving organizational goals.
