Our client, a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric health services in Toronto, is seeking a visionary and experienced leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position will be managed through Actual Time Staffing Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of A&T Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the organization, aligning with the mission of providing outstanding pediatric health services.
- Lead the executive team in setting organizational goals and priorities.
- Operational Oversight:
- Provide executive oversight to the day-to-day operations of pediatric health services, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and community partners.
- Represent the organization in industry forums and advocate for pediatric healthcare needs.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the organization’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible fiscal management.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Quality Improvement:
- Implement and champion quality improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in patient care and organizational processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Community Impact:
- Enhance the organization’s impact on the community by fostering innovation, outreach programs, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with local and national organizations to address pediatric health challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a focus on pediatrics.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational development skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Track record of successful financial management and revenue generation.
- Familiarity with pediatric healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
