Responsibilities:

  1. 360-Degree HR Support:
    • Provide end-to-end HR support, addressing employee queries, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting a healthy and inclusive work environment.
  3. Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the recruitment process.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels.
  6. Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing employee inquiries.
  7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key indicators. Prepare regular reports for management.
  8. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
    • Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices to ensure company-wide compliance. Regularly update and communicate HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on providing comprehensive HR support.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
